February 12, 2018 at 6:33 pmI am wondering if YL (and the other essential oil makers) know that these oils are being tested? I would imagine that they would send unadulterated products. In other words. How do you obtain the sample of the essential oils that you test? If they are all being sent to you, then all the essential oil companies are on notice to only send you unadulterated samples.

February 22, 2018 at 4:07 pmHi Julia,
The companies have no idea who will be placing the order (it’s not always in my name) and who it’s being sent to at the lab so they wouldn’t have a chance to be “on watch” like that.

December 16, 2016 at 3:41 pmIt seems like the oils are generally always fine, even when your independent tests show an issue. The oil companies often seem to have a good explanation for why your independent testing gives their oil a failing grade.
Has Young Living given an explanation for the cinnamon bark essential oil issue that you uncovered? Do you distrust Young Living now?
I started using Young Living oils daily about 3 months ago.
Thanks for all you’re doing!

September 19, 2016 at 5:09 pmI am really interested in these findings. What conclusion have you come to about the oils now? What is your opinion on YL quality after seeing the test results? I am a firm believer in ethical practices, and it truly concerns me that YL claims a transparency that you are saying is not actually there. I appreciate what you are doing and I would love to know what company you are using now for oils. Thanks!

September 21, 2017 at 10:27 pmJust because this person doesn’t believe in Young Living, doesn’t mean they aren’t legit or have transparency. Have you tried reaching out to Young Living I don’t understand why people are so full of hate and distrust. I refuse to live life that way.
