Actually, they didn’t. Throughout the whole ordeal (documented in my blog, along with screenshots, backup documentation and e-mail communications) they never had their Research and Analysis team reach out to the lab here in Canada that performed the analysis. I even went as far as giving the lab permission to discuss all testing and results directly with Young Living when they called. They never did. Instead, they issued a complex scientific statement with lots of references in an attempt to confuse the general public. If you actually take the time to go through this statement carefully, and look-up all the references they make, you’ll see it doesn’t actually address the issue of adulteration. When this issue was further pressed to them, they never responded. There was no responsibility taken by them, only denial.
